LibLime Completes Development of Patron Record Ownership Functionality with Pioneer

Bethesda, MD – May 3, 2011 – LibLime announces the development of ‘Patron Record Ownership’ functionality for LibLime Koha, sponsored by the Pioneer Library Consortium.

Patron Record Ownership functionality was designed for libraries who wish to have more control over their patron records, and which staff members have permissions to create, edit, and delete those records, in LibLime Koha.

LibLime at KUDOSCon 2011

Bethesda, MD - May 2, 2011 - LibLime is excited to be participating in this year’s annual KUDOS conference (KUDOSCon 2011), being held May 2nd and 3rd at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
KUDOS is an organization consisting of libraries, developers and others who use or develop the Koha Integrated Library System.

LibLime Koha at the University of Washington

Bethesda, MD - April 8, 2011 – Students at the University of Washington’s, Information School, will begin utilizing LibLime Koha this spring, in their Library Technology Systems course through LibLime's Koha with Class program.

LibLime will provide the class of approximately 20 students, with a hosted installation of Koha, free of charge. This will allow the students unlimited access and all privileges associated with the staff end of Koha as well as all OPAC functionality for the duration of the course.

LibLime Koha Selected by The American Craft Council

Bethesda, MD - March 28, 2011 - The American Craft Council in Minneapolis, Minnesota has contracted with LibLime to migrate to Koha, the premiere open source ILS for libraries.

Migrating from their legacy InMagic system, the Council will join LibLime’s growing family of special libraries. The Council has selected LibLime to perform all of their implementation services including professional project management, data migration, system configuration, staff training, and will help the Library brand and customize their web site.

Koha Chosen by the Rotunda Libraries as their New ILS

Bethesda, MD - February 4, 2011 – The Rotunda Libraries at Simon Fraser University have contracted with LibLime to implement Koha as their next generation, open source, Integrated Library System ILS).

The Rotunda Libraries will include collections from three different organizations: Out on Campus, Simon Fraser Public Interest Research Group (SFPIRG), and the Women's Centre. They have selected Koha to help them manage these collections, and they have selected LibLime to provide implementation, support and hosting services.

Three Alberta Colleges Now Live with Koha as new consortium “Southern Alberta Libraries of Theology”

Norcross, GA —January 27, 2011

Alberta Bible College, Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary and College, and Rocky Mountain College have gone live with Koha as their next generation ILS, creating a new consortium that will be called Southern Alberta Libraries of Theology, or “SALT”. Equinox Software oversaw the installation and migration of data from their previous systems and is providing hosting and technical support for the new consortium.
