Rocky View School District Adds Five New Libraries to Their LibLime Koha Union Catalog

North Bethesda, MD, January 23, 2013- LibLime, a division of PTFS, announces that Rocky View School District is adding five more libraries to their district-wide LibLime Koha union catalog.

During the upcoming months, Rocky View School District will work with LibLime’s project management staff on data migration, system configuration, and training. As each of the five libraries is added, each of the libraries will enjoy the benefits of LibLime’s support and hosting in our distributed computing cloud platform.

North Bethesda, MD, January 17, 2013- The Conejos County Library District, located in La Jara and Antonito, Colorado, has joined the Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) and is now live on the AspenCat LibLime Koha union catalog.

LibLime and WALDO Announce the University of Advancing Technology is Live with LibLime Academic Koha 5.0

North Bethesda, MD, January 10, 2013- LibLime, a division of PTFS, and WALDO (Westchester Academic Library Directors Organization) announce the University of Advancing Technology has gone live on LibLime Academic Koha 5.0.

LibLime Academic Koha 5.0 includes several new features:
• global authority control
• initial RDA support for the content, media, and carrier data fields
• more efficient tracking of ‘Lost’ items on patron records
• expansion of partial fines support which lets staff select where the partial payment is applied

LibLime, a division of PTFS, debuts LibLime Academic Koha 5.2 and raffles off a Nook Simple Touch at Midwinter ALA

Seattle, WA- LibLime, a division of PTFS, will raffle off a Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight Reader and debut the release of LibLime Academic Koha 5.2 at the 2013 ALA Midwinter Meeting from January 25-28 in Seattle, Washington. Conference attendees are encouraged to visit the LibLime at Booth 636 and drop off a business card to enter to win the Nook Simple Touch Reader. The drawing will be held Monday, January 28.

Northern Saguache County Library District Goes Live with LibLime Koha

North Bethesda, MD, January 3, 2013- The Northern Saguache County Library District, located in Saguache, Colorado, has joined the Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) and is now live in the LibLime Koha 4.12 union catalog.

Rocky View School District Adds Four New Libraries to LibLime Koha

North Bethesda, MD, December 27, 2012- LibLime, a division of PTFS, announces that four new school libraries in the Rocky View School District (Alberta, Canada) have officially gone live on LibLime Koha. WG Murdoch School, Langdon School, Prairie Waters Elementary School, and Chestermere High School are the newest schools to go-live on LibLime Koha.

Western Nebraska Community College Goes Live on LibLime Koha

North Bethesda, MD –December 19, 2012 – LibLime, a division of PTFS, announces that Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC), a member of the Pioneer Library Consortium, has successfully migrated to and gone live on LibLime Koha 4.14.

After joining the Pioneer Consortium and LibLime Koha in May 2012, Western Nebraska Community College staff worked with LibLime project management staff on data migration from its legacy Follett Destiny ILS, system configuration, and training.

Indiana University Joins LibLime’s Koha with Class Program

North Bethesda, MD –December 11, 2012 – Students in Dr. William Helling’s Library Systems course enrolled in Indiana University’s School of Library and Information Science program will begin utilizing LibLime Koha this upcoming semester through LibLime's Koha with Class program.

La Veta Public Library Joins the Colorado Library Consortium

North Bethesda, MD, November 29, 2012-The La Veta Public Library, located in La Veta, Colorado, has joined the Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) and is scheduled to go live on LibLime Koha for all collection and patron management services in early 2013.

South Central Library System Impressed with LibLime Koha Solr Deployment

North Bethesda, MD, November 20, 2012- After using the new release of LibLime Koha 4.14 with Lucene Solr for a few weeks, South Central Library System (SCLS), based in Wisconsin, has strong positive feedback for LibLime regarding the latest iteration of the open-source software. SCLS maintains a 42-member LibLime Koha union catalog with over 832,000 bibliographic records, more than 2.3 million item records, and three circulation transactions per second during peak production.
