BHM Regional Library Live on Evergreen joins NC Cardinal

Duluth, GA —April 7, 2014

The BHM Regional Library System has gone live on Evergreen as part of the NC Cardinal consortium. Equinox Software oversaw data migration and staff training and will continue to provide hosting and technical support for the entire NC Cardinal consortium.

The BHM Regional Library System consists of eight libraries in Beaufort, Hyde, and Martin counties. Over 87,000 bibliographic records and 14,000 patrons were migrated to the new system.

BETHLEHEM, Pa., April 4, 2014 – Santa Monica College Library and Backstage Library Works have joined forces to microfilm and digitize more than 14,000 pages of the college’s student newspaper. The digital images will be hosted by the California Digital Newspaper Collection (CDNC), an online, text-searchable repository of digitized California newspapers that includes political, business and social history from 1846 to the present. Santa Monica will be the first community college to participate in this historic project.
