Weeks Memorial Joins NHAIS with Koha Support from ByWater Solutions

ByWater Solutions, America’s forefront provider of Open Source library technology support, announced today that NHAIS (New Hampshire Automated Information System) has added Weeks Memorial Library to its New Hampshire Union Public Access Catalog. They will be using Koha for their ILS.

ByWater completed the transition of the library's 63,000 plus holdings from OCLC and is providing ongoing support services to the library.

Their customized OPAC can be viewed at https://weekslib.nhais.bywatersolutions.com.

Equinox Announces Curbside Pickup Now Available for Koha ILS

Duluth, Ga., August 20, 2020: Equinox Open Library Initiative announces the availability of Curbside Pickup for libraries using Koha ILS. The specifications and workflow for the new Koha plugin were designed by Equinox staff members Galen Charlton, Sally Fortin, and Andrea Buntz Neiman following the successful release of the Curbside Pickup functionality developed by Equinox for Evergreen ILS in June. Duluth, Ga., July 7, 2020: Equinox Open Library Initiative announces the successful migration of John Bulow Campbell Library at Columbia Theological Seminary to the Koha Integrated Library System.

Migration of Columbia Theological Seminary encompassed 141,860 bibliographic records and 2,215 patrons at the seminary. Equinox services included: project management, system configuration, extraction and migration of bibliographic data, and staff training. Equinox also provided Koha support, hosting, and auxiliary services.

The Oman Library at the Middle East Institute goes live on Koha with Equinox

Migration of Dominican University College encompassed 111,399 bibliographic records and 555 patrons at the university. Equinox services included: project management, system configuration, extraction and migration of bibliographic data, and staff training. Equinox also provided Koha support, hosting and auxiliary services.

Equinox migrates Eastern Cluster of Lutheran Seminaries to Koha

Duluth, Ga., October 14, 2019: Equinox is pleased to announce the successful migration of the Eastern Cluster of Lutheran Seminaries to Koha, the first open source Integrated Library System to be used worldwide.

Their migration involved 318,801 bibliographic records and 2,929 patrons at the university. Equinox provided authority control and data services in addition to Koha support, hosting, and implementation. Remote training for Koha was also provided as part of the migration by Equinox.
