Leiden (NL) / Boston (USA) / Singapore (SG) – 11 August 2016

International scholarly publisher Brill starts a partnership with Peerwith for Author Services.

Through Peerwith, Brill authors will be able to find the right expert in language editing, copy editing, visuals production and many other areas, to take their academic work to the next level. The customized Brill platform was launched last week: https://authorservices.brill.com/.

“We are proud to collaborate in the increasingly important area of Author Services with a publisher with such a history and reputation,” says Joris van Rossum, co-founder of Peerwith. “Our peer-to-peer model, as well as our flexible technology, allow Peerwith to integrate Author Services, customized to the needs of publishers, as well as workflow tools and institutes.”

“Peerwith is unique in that it allows authors to select and collaborate directly with trusted experts,” says Marti Huetink, Publishing Director at Brill. “These experts, knowledgeable about Brill standards, create the perfect bridge between authors and Brill publications. The partnership with Peerwith brings together our dedication to authors and our focus on high-quality scholarship.”
